We are looking for students or recent graduates interested in developing experience in the hotel sector, working as receptionists or in administrative office functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer oriented and have good communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of languages and the ability to work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment would be an asset.
Activities to be developed
Receptionist: Assist guests during the check-in and check-out process, provide information about hotel services, answer questions and requests in a professional manner and ensure a welcoming and quality experience for guests.
Office Staff: Assist with administrative tasks related to the management of the hotel, including organising documents, handling reservations and answering calls or emails.
This internship offers an opportunity to acquire practical skills in hotel management, customer service and administration in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
