We are looking for students or recent graduates interested in developing experience in the tourism and hospitality sector, serving as a contact person in a campsite. The ideal candidate should be friendly, proactive and have outstanding communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of languages and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a tourism environment would be an asset.
Activities to be developed
Contact Person: To be the first point of reference for guests, providing information about the campsite’s facilities, activities and services.
Answering questions and attending to the needs of visitors, ensuring a pleasant and satisfactory experience.
Facilitate communication between guests and campsite staff, handling requests and providing assistance when necessary.
Support in the promotion of the campsite’s tourist activities and events, encouraging visitor participation and ensuring their enjoyment.
